I was there earlier today and wasn’t able to be seen because I sat out in the lobby for a little over 30 mins… I’m not sure what was going on to why the doctor was running so far behind. I do think it was very inconvenient and unprofessional. I had some serious concerns to address with her. I think her name is Andrea L Tiffin. They rescheduled me all the way in September with someone else. But I honestly won’t be back.
Only recently I recovered from birth trauma Franciscan caused me. I was refused to get an epidural, even though I was eligible for it. I was poured pitocin into (which made the pain unbearable), and left for an hour in the room with nurse that was typing something in her computer, and didn’t help me at all. I was in agony, and could do nothing about it. There was no midwife, no one to help me. I'm really dissapointed from the people at the front desk and doctors for not informing us on costs associated with genetic testing and how much we have to pay from our pocket. Even after insurance deduction its exorbitantly high and could easily disrupt your financial planing. I m expecting least Franciscan can do is to give heads up on cost involved. It would be great to have these information prior from Franciscan than later.
