I love the Drs. At this office, the staff however set the bar extremely low. Every time I call the answer like you're calling their personal phone. They also sound like they just woke up. There is no sense of urgency, customer service, nothing. There’s like nothing there. Half the time I can’t even get through. Looking for a new Dr.
Dr rugino is a sorry Dr wasted my time going there just to be told that there is only 2 tests that can be done to find out what is wrong with me and I know that's a total lie also they couldn't get the records from Midwest neurologist in dyer but they are the same hospital system so guess I'll be looking for a Dr that actually cares and will try to do whatever it takes to find out what is wrong with me my spine is messed up can't walk but they don't know what my problem is lazy Dr doesn't want to invest time into any patient... read more
This office is horrible! They rarely answer the phone. I had extremely important test results-the Nurse Practitioner Sharon never reached out to me to discuss them. I received a message via MyChart from a medical assistant regarding my results…no phone call whatsoever! Thank goodness for my primary doctor who was able to explain everything to me. The Nurse practitioner and staff lack professionalism and empathy. I would not recommend this office!
Horrible doctors. Don’t listen to patients. Extremely unprofessional.
