This office is horrible! They rarely answer the phone. I had extremely important test results-the Nurse Practitioner Sharon never reached out to me to discuss them. I received a message via MyChart from a medical assistant regarding my results…no phone call whatsoever! Thank goodness for my primary doctor who was able to explain everything to me. The Nurse practitioner and staff lack professionalism and empathy. I would not recommend this office!
Horrible doctors. Don’t listen to patients. Extremely unprofessional.
Through all my neurology appointments and visits I’ve been take care of as tho I was actual family. They help me deal with my head issues so much amazing help and great staff
I visited this location today and everyone was extremely nice. I did not wait long at all. I saw the NP and she was very attentive and thorough. She also explained my results to me so that I could understand. Overall, I am happy with this office.
