We usually see Dr. Amin, whom we think is a good doctor. However she was not available and we had to see Dr. Sam. I brought my child in with a fever, cough, body aches, and a headache. They used a forehead thermometer which said her temperature was 98.4, when I took it just 20 minutes before her appt at it was 100.8, I also took mine which was normal as I am not sick, but it shows my thermometeris accurate. If there was an option for 0 stars id be giving dr Radhika Chillarige a absolute 0/10. Worst childrens doctor i have ever been to. My 3 children were as sick as I've seen them although they got them in the same day, we were sent away with absolutely no meds after my kids have been living off of ibuprofen & fevers for 6 days, couldn't eat & or sleep. Didn't want to get up or do anything under the sun & the doctor only tested them for the flu. Absolutely the worst. Never agian.
I called this clinic today and the experience was very bad. The front desk staff was very rude to me, looked down on me during conversations, hung up the phone directly, and more seriously, she made discriminatory remarks because of my race. I heard her on the phone saying that my English is not good, and as a medical institution, such an attitude is unacceptable and completely unethical! I strongly recommend that the management re evaluate the quality of this front desk staff member.
Dr Gold has been all 4 of my children's ped for their entire lives, and I hope she never retires!! She actually listens to concerns without dismissing them, has great suggestions, and was wonderful when I was a first time parent full of worries. All the other Drs in this office are great as well, but there's just something special about Dr Gold.
