Dude. Every time I go here it gets worse. I’ve heard all the nurses are travel nurses so ig that makes sense but. My fiancé went in with a brain splitting migraine, we told the front desk nurses in the ER all his symptoms; migraine, pain down his spine as well, dizziness, extreme weakness, vomiting…. His blood pressure was extremely high, around 180/120. and he’s only 18. The nurse even commented on this when she took his info. And we were sitting in the waiting room for over 2 hours. Extremely disappointed with service The only thing they seem to do right is demand money. Franciscan referred me to a provider that wasn't covered by my insurance and then pointed the finger at my insurance company. Real professional... meanwhile, guess who is stuck with the full bill. On top of all this, I would rate their actual level of care as low. My health issues could not be figured out by their team and they treated me like they didn't exist.
