I have no idea what to say. Every one in of them assured me that I would get reminders when I needed medicine or when something was filled. That never happened. What's worse, is I have walked down to this place twice in the last 3 weeks and they have told me that a prescription was waiting for prior authorization from my insurance company. The problem is, my insurance company had already given them a prior authorization for half the amount of pills, but they didn't even tell me that even though I let them know that I was out... read more
We have made numerous visits here to pick up several medications. The refill process is easy to manage on MyChart to include Rx requests. All the employees I have encountered have been really nice and helpful in helping us to receive the Rx discounts which truly assists in the reduction of copays. The wait times are reasonable, usually less than 15 minutes. I love that they offer a variety of snacks and candies. I usually grab some for the road! LOL!
