Dr. Sandlin has performed 2 surgeries, one on my left knee (meniscus tear) and 4 days ago 1 on my right ankle ( removed bone fragments and a few other cleanup items). Already down to 1 ibuprofen a day and the ankle feels great. In each case Dr Sandlin went above and beyond and made me feel that he genuinely cares about my health. He deserves 10 stars.
My husband had an appointment made more than a month ago for 9:30. We live over 100 miles away so he had to be on the road by 6:30 to get there due to traffic. He gets a call at 8:30 telling him his doctor was not coming in as early as thought. He explained that he was in Olympia more than half way there. They told him to come in and that he would be doubled with someone. He goes in and is told that he will now how to wait till 11:30 to POSSIBLY be doubled with someone. The doctor I have seen here is great. The wait time is terrible. The last time I was here I waited an hour and a half. The next time I came I waited an hour. This is something that needs to be addressed.
