Husband tests positive for Covid. Call at 9am requesting prescription for anti viral medicine. Now 1.30pm no call back yet and when I called at 11.30 told the request had only just been sent to the nurse. He's 83 years old, triple vaccinated but sick with Covid. Absolutely no care whatsoever so far and I will check his MyChart to see if they have updated his current status, not convinced they have
