Im writing today because the woman that drew my blood Melissa; she is not only a local celebrity but I did not even feel the needle which is extremely rare, because I have the smallest veins in the world so I always feel it! This woman not only found my invisible vein but this is the first time EVER in my patient career that I felt NO PAIN. Additionally she has the most calming voice and approach that automatically put any patient at ease considering
My PCP Dr. Whitney is great. The way the ‘system’ Is set up it’s hard to have any real time to go over symptoms or issues,
5 for Dr Chad Sumulong, who has been my excellent, patient, thorough primary care provider for 3 years. He always seems present and makes sure all my many questions are heard and answered without judgment, including womens health and sexual health. 5 for nurses, always professional, and phlebotomists, always quick and relatively painless 2 for lab waiting room experience. The wait is unpredictable, 0 - 35 min, so I’d recommend asking the desk to set an expectation for you since as it stands there’s no system to visualize how... read more
