Medical staff seems proffesional but some of the staff are very rude.
Wish I had read the rest of these reviews before booking an appointment here. I had an appointment with Dr. Brittany Cools-Lartigue at this clinic. I arrived at the parking lot at my appointment time but walked in 5 minutes after because I realized I had parked in staff parking and not patient parking and thus had to re-park. Since it was 5 minutes after my appointment time, she canceled my appointment. This is honestly ridiculous. Stay away. This place makes it unnecessarily difficult to receive care. They refuse to see patients who are even a few minutes late to check in, despite the office being completely empty at 7 a.m. After rescheduling, the provider canceled my appointment just 20 minutes beforehand while I was already driving there. Highly unprofessional, and consistent with other poor reviews.
I waited on the phone for 3 hours and never got anyone. I've sent messages on mychart for about a week now, not a single response. Had to just go in to get a response. I don't know what happened but over the last year it's gone downhill. Doctor apologized and said it's completely out of their control that it's all the management company
