MD was not in today and staff did not even care to send a heads up that they cannot cater to us patients, in the phone, or email or even in the app. I have been waiting for this appointment since ages.

I would go to literally any other doctor’s office than here. Been going here for a few years too long and it is the most disorganized, uninformed, and deceitful staff I have ever encountered regarding anything medical. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone when you have an extremely simple question, deny an every day medication that you have taken for years (not controlled) until you have an appointment and no prior communication to them just canceling your refill. They will screw up your bill and it will take months and hours on the phone to fix!!!! I had 3 appointments in a month and half period. I have a $30 copay (no deductible) so the bill should have been $90. The problem started when they didn't submit a claim for the middle appointment. So instead of $90, they were trying to charge me close to $400. My wife had an appointment later in the week and talked to the front desk and they said they would resubmit the claim. The front desk person very rude and unfriendly not great environment patient don't feel well come. The person not smiling her tone of voice was rude. The manager should fix or advise or train these front person how to well come patients and use the tone of voice more pleasant way.
