I don’t normally like to leave bad reviews, however this facility needs honest reviews if they’ll ever hopefully improve their patient care. I had severe shoulder paid and my doctor said this facility had an appointment same day. I went in 10min early and it took 15minutes to be able to be checked in. Once I got to the front the lady was extremely rude and dismissive. I had an issue with insurance that I didn’t even know because I recently switched. Dr. Clemens canceled my appointment without any warning. I’ve been waiting 5 months for this appointment and needed to urgently establish care with a new PCP as my new insurance isn’t in network with my old PCP, and a medication I’m on needs prior authorization for my new insurance. I’m currently paying out of pocket for this, which I cannot afford. The receptionist called me, left a message about the cancellation, and immediately left the office for the day. Reception is not helpful and has an attitude. They messed up my boyfriend’s appointment through the VA because they typed in his phone number wrong so they couldn’t contact him. Now he’s going to have wait MONTHS for another appointment with a different clinic when he already has been waiting since February for the appointment that was scheduled for today. They’re not helpful at all and treat you like youre stupid.
Today was my first time coming here and it was great. Everyone is very nice. Kimberly Fowler is wonderful and listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I did feel concerned I was talking too much as it was a later appointment but no one tried to rush me at all or make me feel like I was taking too long which was really nice and I felt heard which can be rare. I'm very pleased with everyone .
