Reception is not helpful and has an attitude. They messed up my boyfriend’s appointment through the VA because they typed in his phone number wrong so they couldn’t contact him. Now he’s going to have wait MONTHS for another appointment with a different clinic when he already has been waiting since February for the appointment that was scheduled for today. They’re not helpful at all and treat you like youre stupid.
Today was my first time coming here and it was great. Everyone is very nice. Kimberly Fowler is wonderful and listened to my concerns and was very helpful. I did feel concerned I was talking too much as it was a later appointment but no one tried to rush me at all or make me feel like I was taking too long which was really nice and I felt heard which can be rare. I'm very pleased with everyone .
I have been waiting a month for my Dr to answer some concerning questions about my new medication. When you call they don't answer the phone, or after a l on g time they do answer but say they'll let my Dr know.
The lab tech Kesha is extremely unprofessional and incompetent!! She was very rude and yelled at me with an extremely scary attitude. She tried both arms and couldn’t get my blood drawn because she doesn’t know how to do her job right. I went to a different clinic by choice St Clare and worked with Judy and Judy was amazing and got my bloodwork no problem first try. Stay FAR away from Kesha at Lakewood! The lady that used to work there was amazing but she has since retired. What a huge loss for the lab clinic.
My appt was scheduled for 11:45am when i made it in December. I showed up today at 11:33 to check in, i waited in line while they checked in other patients, by the time i got to the desk it was 11:42 When i got up to the desk she didn't even acknowledge me or ask how i was, just a simple "can i help you" I told her i was here for my 11:45 appt and she replied "Thats unfortunate you missed your appt" claiming it was at 11:15 so I showed her my Mychart which said it was 11:30 for check in.
