My appt was scheduled for 11:45am when i made it in December. I showed up today at 11:33 to check in, i waited in line while they checked in other patients, by the time i got to the desk it was 11:42 When i got up to the desk she didn't even acknowledge me or ask how i was, just a simple "can i help you" I told her i was here for my 11:45 appt and she replied "Thats unfortunate you missed your appt" claiming it was at 11:15 so I showed her my Mychart which said it was 11:30 for check in. This office and Franciscan is terrible. Both of my recent appointments were cancelled at the very last minute. I scheduled the most recent one 4 months ago because that is all they had available. When trying to reschedule, the soonest they had was 7 months from now. This annoyed me so I declined to schedule because I didn't want to wait another 7 months for another potential last minute cancellation where I would end up being over 2 years since my last successful visit.
