Lab is supposed to open at 7:00 yet at 7:04 the phlebotomist was still not there. Unfortunately I had to be to work as well so couldn’t wait around for her to show up! Unacceptable for the clinic to allow this.

Kinda sad when a “care facility” won’t even check your blood pressure when it’s over 150/110. Told me to go to the emergency room or dial 911. Why does this place exist?
they have scheduled an appointment with me then when i came didn’t have the treatment i needed. and had me waiting for an hour for them to say that.
