Dr. Khan is the BEST doctor that I've had. Dr. Khan always take the time to listen and not rush me when I have a lot of questions. Dr. Khan does what is best for me as the patient and he is always friendly, kind hearted, and always punctual. He is a brilliant doctor and I trust him with my wellbeing. My family and I are moving to Lakewood, but I still plan to keep Dr. Khan as my primary care physician. My wife, Ruth, lost her life suddenly in November of 2021, a few days after seeing Dr. Eager for breathing difficulties. Dr. Eager failed to do due diligence for Ruth by not reviewing my dear wife's prior medical history--which was in his charts and resided in his own portable computer--which I had to show him afterwards. CHI Franciscan (St. Anne) is a fraud by claiming “compassionate and respectful” care. It doesn’t take more than 5min in the ER waiting room to see that it’s not living this mission. Absolutely horrible, irresponsible care by mediocre staff. 3-hr wait with NO promise of being seen, and if the (triage and charge nurse) were any indication of care once actually inside, I would be frightened. I am Omar..(I love Dr. Diane Bai)..found her in Late 2018 on line..wasn t feeling too great..but..life never been the same since..she took care of me better Than my own mom would..she s patient..she s fair..but..most of all she really cares..then..she cured me..I love and miss my Dr..waiting to talk to her soon.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Staff is rude and treat their patients like garbage. Gave me wrong information, delayed my care, and made it impossible to get referrals.
I was recently admitted to the hospital for several days. I thank the nurses and my Doctor for being so kind and compassionate.
