Horrible experiencia, en el laboratorio, la recepcionista, es una persona de raza indu creo, cua do le pregunté por una persona que hablara español, me dijo que no había y que solo anotara mi nombre en la lista de espera y espere como 40min para darme cuenta que me había sacado de la lista de espera. No aparecí en la lista y había un número faltante en la lista.

Don’t waste your time. My primary care DR was booked for weeks, Front desk told me to book with the other one. I did. I waited two weeks and was on my way to the appointment when THEY CALLED ME 15mins BEFORE my appointment to CANCEL. I didn’t answer because I was driving when I came in they said I had no appointment and the doctor canceled it because he wasn’t my primary….. like you guys even moved me up from a waitlist. Why not tell me then. IF I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED 15min before my appt id be PAYING A LATE FEE for wasting ... read more
Look at all the one star reviews this place is horrible with rude employees and the worst customer service I was told I wasn’t covered and when I got my insurance on the line the front desk refused to speak to them Note there is no one at the front desk
