Not sure about everyone else but the wait times are ridiculous. 1.5 hrs before anyone before came to exam my wife couple days ago. 3 hrs before she released. Belfair has a staffing problem?? Port Orchard clinic had 3 doctors on duty Friday.

I have had Dr Dominguiano for my primary for 15 years. He is a wonderful family doctor. The front desk staff however is rude, non professional. You cannot make apt by phone, you have to go in person. I have watched them let the phones ring off the hook and not answer them. Letting the answering service take the calls. The answering service never gives the messages to the staff. I wish I can give this place zero stars I drove 30 miles to get here and was a few minutes late and subsequently was turned away no compassion, no empathy no consideration just you need to reschedule. I will not be seeking care again at this establishment.

Unless you're there in person, they absolutely will not help you. You can call or message but no one informs you that there is a 24 hour response time, if you get one. I swear this place fields phone calls. Finding good healthcare providers is hard. I was really looking forward to this establishment being different.

I've been what it feels discarded 2 times at this place. last time I left the place crying with still no answers and how rushed I was. she would ask a question and instantly roll her eyes if I didn't respond fast enough or if I said I'm sorry can you repeat . short choppy answers from her ( in my chart it SHOULD say I'm hard of hearing) I never get the care I need here . I'm still extremely upset...
