I’m glad that I didn’t follow the review ratings, cause it’s a very nice clinic, first time to have the appointment at this clinic and the front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, Dr. Sherpa and the nurse are very knowledgeable and professional!
Today I went to this clinic for the first time. The reception team called me to confirm information I submitted online through the intake process, asked me to come 15 minutes early. I went in for my appointment today the front desk team was polite, attentive, and processed me and the other patient that came soon after me quickly. I wouldn't suggest Dr.Sidhu. Despite all of the glowing reviews, she's one of the worst, laziest & disrespectful doctors I've come across. She does the bare minimum. I liked her nurse but not enough to keep her as our pcp. I'm currently switching my family to a new one.
The receptionists suck ass at answering the phone, and last I checked there are 4 of you. How tf are you gonna tell me to book online, THEN SAY I CANT BOOK ONLINE AND TELL ME TO CALL, and then not answer the phone all 3 times I call. There wasn’t even an option for me to wait in the queue and they can call me back when it’s my turn. You all need to be fired or your phone system needs to be updated because the fact that I now need to walk in to make an appointment for my family is ridiculous.
The most awful place I’ve ever been I was discriminated because I choose not to vax my children because of my culture and beliefs and was told by dr Garcia in the most evil prissy way that if I kept coming with my child he would continue to keep up his behavior each visit from now on he basically told me he would not want to see my child due to not wanting to vaccinate he could’ve just did his job as a doctor and kept his negative opinions to himself as he called me a terrible mother for making this decision I will be taking... read more
