I would not recommend this clinic. They charged more than $300 for what was part of the annual physical examination (supposedly covered 100% by insurance) to hear results from the blood work. Also, the blood work (costing extra) involved a 3rd party with nebulous path to filing resolution. I am filing a compliant with Washington Medical Commission. I hope more people expose their scam and never use them again.
I would not recommend this clinic or Dr. Jesse Golodner. I was charged over $300 for a basic blood pressure check required to refill a prescription — something I’ve done many times at other clinics under the same insurance and only ever paid a standard copay. This office coded the visit in a way that caused it to be billed incorrectly and refused to take responsibility or fix it, even after months of back and forth. Disappointing experience — be careful how your visits are billed here.
We had a terrible experience with Franciscan's billing staff. The front office staff insinuated that they took our insurance, but we later found out that they did not process the request correctly and we had to pay completely out of pocket. The staff was not helpful in resolving the issue and displayed little empathy for the situation they contributed to.
I came in with some concerns about an enlarged lymph node on my neck and had several tests done at their request with ZERO follow up after many requests by me. Words like cancer and lymphoma were casually thrown at me with zero explanation. I still have absolutely no idea what is going on with me and it has been now over 2 weeks. I have called the office and sent several my chart messages and everytime it's a different excuse. Several inconsistencies in what they say and the care is lack there of.
I have been going to this clinic for years and love the new office. Marty is a great ARNP who has been seeing me as my PCP. I would highly recommend any provider there as I have worked with a few of them when covering a shift for another doctor. Front desk staff is also amazing as well as the nurses. All around a great place!
