Service so poor
My experience here has been honestly terrible since the moment that I stepped foot in here it’s been nothing but problems from the doctors to the people at the front desk to the assistance. I would not recommend this place to anybody who is getting pregnant despite positive reviews, this is a warning They inaccurately Did a blood draw and I missed my Gender reveal with my family. I've always found everyone here to be super kind- Every ultrasound tech and nurse has been very attentive. Very friendly front desk staff also!
The Doctor that I saw at this clinic was kind and reassuring when my pregnancy has a complication. One ultrasound technician was kind; one was not. The reason for the 2 star review is that they overcharged me for a copay on each visit, then when I called to sort out where the extra money had gone they informed me they had credited it to other accounts I have with Franciscan. I don’t mind that it was put to good use, but please send some evidence or ask if I want that done or a refund. Better yet, get it right the first time ... read more
