Karen Dykes is awesome but the incompetence of Franciscan continues to amaze. How do you move your office location and not inform your existing patients who have existing prescheduled appointments prior to announcing your move? This delay caused us a missed appointment. Just unbelievable and the challenges therein transporting a loved one with limited mobility now having to reschedule another appointment is incredibly challenging. Update 4 months later. It does take a while to get scheduled, but Dr. Lein and the team were very nice at my appointment. She listened to me and took my issues seriously. I feel well taken care of. She’s very pleasant and has a very distinct laugh that makes you smile. Get there early, it’s a little confusing to find the right building and office.
