There’s clearly a reason they’re closing this location. The woman that answers the phone seemed determined to get off the call as quickly as possible and would only refer me to other clinics, despite both of my doctors saying this is where I should go for help.
I wouldn’t even bother trying to go here. They didn’t have an available appointment for a month and a half, and I have a referral from their own Emergency Department. How can you care for patients with open wounds with that kind of a lead time? People would get infections and lose limbs by the time you could even assess their care. Absolutely ridiculous.
