Sand Lake Imaging is an excellent facility I have had Xrays and a MRI done at Sandlake Imaging on Turkey Lake. I also requested films be ready for me to pick up. In all three occasions the entire staff performed professionally and I was treated with respect and handled in a timely manner. My films were ready for me when I arrived to pick them up earlier than the committment time. I have notyhing but good things to say about this facility.
Very professional staff! Had my first mammogram at this facility. The staff explained the procedure to me and talked me through the process. My mother had been diagnosed with breast cancer and they were very sensitive to the topic.
Sand Lake Imaging Very unprofessional My wife was referred for a CT scan of kidneys and an appointment was scheduled at 2.15 PM. When we arrived we had to stand near the reception for 10 minutes to be attended to it and the receptionist called us with a wag of her finger. We were made to wait for over 2 hours after the scheduled time and only after repeated complaining the scan was done. Very professional. I have gone to Sand Lake Imaging for a couple of procedures and I really liked the facility. The equipment is very modern and the staff is wonderful. The appointments run on time and you are treated with respect.
Sand Lake Imaging is the best!! I had a mammogram, and an MRI from SLI in Maitland. They were outstanding, kind and polite. Dr. Elenberger is probably one of the most down to earth doctors I have ever met.
Poor service Try getting your films from them!! I have now been trying for over 3 months to get a mammogram and ultrasound films and report that I had done in 2007!!!
AMAZING Dr. Serra and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have severe structural and soft tissue problems in my lower back that render me nearly paralized at times. Within minutes after a procedure with Dr. Serra, I am able to walk out of his office virtually pain free and without using any kind of narcotic medication. Thank you Dr. Serra, and Mache!!!
The Best Pediatricians EVER The Pediatric facility is amazing. Dr. Gatz, Dr. Lin and Dr. Pi are the most caring doctors I've come across yet. They connect with my children in an unbelievable way and they don't write off my concerns as a paranoid mother. I love these doctors and will continue sending all my children here for life.
Did not like her. Dr Pi misdiagnosed my 5 year old daughter, I was told she had a simple cold, but I disagreed and took my daughter in to see my family doctor the next day. My daughter had pneumonia, my doctor was so concerned that he ordered a chest X-ray. Dr Pi also hates if the parents smoke, which my husband does, and that's all she talked about throughout the whole visit, we assured her that he doesn't smoke in the house or the car, but once she smells smoke on you she won't let up.
