The 2 women that are "supposed" to get you checked in, are constantly on the phone and ignoring patients, when I come into this place. There's never more than one or two other people in there besides me when I go so I know they aren't that busy. They are rude when they finally do acknowledge your presence and act like they hate their jobs. If they weren't in the same building as my doctor I'd go to another facility with better staffing.
