We were very happy with this clinic. First of all, it's an amazingly clean place. Everything shines. We went in for ACL Surgery and the desk person at the surgery desk was competent, welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the surgery area was friendly and made us feel at ease. The surgery went well and during the one night stay, the nurses were caring (especially Jodi) and always there for us with detailed explanations and examples. The PT staff are very nice and helpful. We love the staff and doctors!!! My husband was in for a huge back surgery and ended up staying for 2 night. We cannot say enough about the care and attention that was given to him during stay. The nurses went over and above to make him comfortable and deliver all the support he needed. From surgery to post opp to his stay, we had amazing care. Would highly recommend Franciscan Carmel to all of my friends and family. Thank you all for a very positive experience.
I am writing this on behalf of my in-laws who wanted the public to know the experience they had. Unfortunately, my MIL had an accident . She initially went to St Francis and ultimately needed surgury due to a broke femor . This apparently created a very tricky sitution bc she also struggles with dementia . Surgery went well, but it was the after surgury and communication that was an absolute mess.
