My daughter and I brought in my grandson today because he has an elevated temperature and was lethargic. The check in process was easy and we saw the doctor/nurse practitioner within 10 minutes. We were on our way to the pharmacy and home within an hour of leaving. They were professional, answered our questions, and the facility is very clean.
We were very happy with this clinic. First of all, it's an amazingly clean place. Everything shines. We went in for ACL Surgery and the desk person at the surgery desk was competent, welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the surgery area was friendly and made us feel at ease. The surgery went well and during the one night stay, the nurses were caring (especially Jodi) and always there for us with detailed explanations and examples. The PT staff are very nice and helpful.
