The EMT Program at Emerson is HORRIBLE!! The instructor W. RECORDS is very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time with this program, it is not well organized and some requirements are dependent on volunteers who do not even show up for practicals. I also witnessed favoritism where some males were catered to and given privilege while other female students were not granted those same privileges. Great
Office Manager Andrew unwilling to correct error on their part with billing. Multiple mistakes made with equipment and billing in last 2 years.I felt very disrespected by this Office.
Very disappointed. Not at the high standards of Franciscan Hospital.The DME office several times has incorrectly billed and then charged for items not ordered and sent back to them. The Department Manager seemed unconcerned and unwilling to correct the problems.
