I had a great experience in the EMT program at this education center. The instructors were knowledgeable, supportive, and truly cared about student success. Conner was especially helpful throughout the program—he was patient, encouraging, and always took the time to answer questions and make sure students understood the material. The EMT Program at Emerson is HORRIBLE!! The instructor W. RECORDS is very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time with this program, it is not well organized and some requirements are dependent on volunteers who do not even show up for practicals. I also witnessed favoritism where some males were catered to and given privilege while other female students were not granted those same privileges. The program director is also incompetent and have a total disregard for their own policy. Due process should be granted to ALL ... read more
