I do not understand why this Hospital does not get better reviews. I have never had anything but a positive experience. Everyone on the staff has been kind, friendly and caring. The medical staff is knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. The facility is clean and tidy. I for one, am thankful that I chose this hospital and location.
Beware of their ER. My family member was experiencing some mental issues. She was calm, answered their questions, and was not combative. Her psychiatrist and general practitioner wanted her to go there and be admitted through er so she could be evaluated , observed, and started on medication. I told er psychiatrist assistant they wanted her admitted. She talked to the psychiatrist and reported back that she was being sent home and should follow up with her doctors. Fransiscan has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I dont reccomend any of their services or establishments.
I had a great experience here. I came in through the emergency room and was admitted the wait was not that bad at all. I thought it was gonna be a bad experience based on reviews but it wasn't bad at all. Every doctor and nurse were extremely pleasant and kind. I recommend anyone come here when you get sick
