From all the money, it cost to get service services here it simply is not worth it understaffed facility. I wouldn’t say it’s a great place to get treatment However, the nurses are decent most of them act, appropriate, and responsible enough. Therapist are awful though and I’ve dealt with a couple here surprisingly inappropriate and horrifically offensive especially Fidel Martinez who answered his phone during all of our sessions. Crazy this quack has worked here for so many years probably cause they’re understaffed though.
Horrible place to receive therapy Fidel Martinez answered his phone every time during our 3 sessions to speak to his son wasn’t even an emergency call. They were talking about how he’s coming over to see him the next day didn't even say sorry about that acting like nothing happened very unprofessional. I also don’t appreciate him, not even letting me get a word in and talking condescending to me telling me what i should do with my life without knowing anything about me.

From the beginning of our emergency to the end All staff did An amazing job taking care of our needs.
Great emergency room staff. Caring respectful and responsive. Emergency surgery staff absolutely the best. Dr Landford, Dr EB , and the entire surgical staff. 4 th floor staff that cared for my wife the best most professional people you could meet. Even the housekeeping lady that saw I was lost that escorted me to the cafeteria. Just a great bunch of medical professionals. Thank you for taking care of my wife.m
