Mom admitted to ER for suspected bone break from Nursing home. Nursing home provided necessary face sheet for Ambuance. Without this information of health insurance, ssi, and meds, ambulance would not transport her. I received nasty calls for imaging providers, medicaid, (she has Medicare) and when I called billing departmentthe casual attidtude, oh we have her in our system but none of her information.
