I went to the ER on Monday morning September 25 with a very large ruptured cyst on my back. I was placed in an exam room very promptly by a receptionist/ tech? Which did surprise me. That’s where my experience unraveled. The nurse came in , and when the attending NP, L. Morenus, came in she sat me up removed my bandage, said not to sit back she’d return right away. They were so good with my son last night. We were seen quickly, they answered all my questions and were so nice.
