First time here, first mammogram in several years. Admittedly, I was nervous for a reason, but the ladies working there had me at ease in no time, and everything was great, including my results.

This was my first mammogram, and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcomed, and the staff was super friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Check-in at the desk was easy, no wait while i was there ( on a Saturday), and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. First time at this location, and i would absolutely go back for my next one.

Great very wonderful staff. Especially Dawn soo kind and helpful and gentle. Didnt fill a thing. I would give this place 10 stars!!!

From start to finish, my experience with the Franciscan Health Breast Care Center has been disappointing. For my first appointment I sat in a waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. The registration desk rep would not allow me to wait in my vehicle, so I sat in a hospital waiting room during Covid for 45 minutes unnecessarily.
