It is so hard to get them to answer the phone. Even when you are calling first thing in the morning. I work at a healthcare coordinator so I need to call to make appointments for people. This is the longest hold today we are hitting one hour, I started at 9am and it's now 10am. Don't take it out on the people answer the phone they are doing their best. This company needs to hire more phone people.
Dr. Greenan, AJ, Carlos, Reneé, and Esmeralda were super kind and got me in even though I had a challenging day. So grateful. Wonderful team.
I had an appointment with Dr Nguyen for foot problems from an injury months ago, plus I have had on going foot issues for over 20 years. My appointment was thoroughly educational, comprehensive, and extremely helpful. I was called from the lobby on time, and the doctor was punctual as well. I was very impressed with my visit and look forward to the follow ups because I feel that my foot is in good hands.
