If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My husband came today with wood in his eye and they took 2 hours to do absolutely nothing. Said they didn’t see anything, didn’t have the medicine to tell if he needed a contact bandage.. sent him on his way with antibiotic eye drops. A huge piece of wood came out of his eye a little while ago and he’s still in pain. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a better urgent care cuz this one just ain’t it.
It is 40 degrees in the waiting area and they act like this is just the way it is and there is nothing that can be done. It is not a healthy environment to bring a sick child. The receptionist said it has been this way for 10 years.
People get forgotten in the waiting room. The check in process is poorly orchestrated. Go somewhere else.
Good place for care Wish they were open Sunday too.
