It is 40 degrees in the waiting area and they act like this is just the way it is and there is nothing that can be done. It is not a healthy environment to bring a sick child. The receptionist said it has been this way for 10 years.
People get forgotten in the waiting room. The check in process is poorly orchestrated. Go somewhere else.

If I had the power to shut this clinic down, I would. I brought my son in today and was assigned to Dr. Cadel. I told her his symptoms and I made it very clear to reiterate HE WAS NOT DRINKING FLUIDS NOR EATING NOR HAD HE HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT IN 4 DAYS. She blew this off, essentially telling me there was nothing she could do for him and if he got to the point of dehydration, I’d have to take him to the ER.
