If I had the power to shut this clinic down, I would. I brought my son in today and was assigned to Dr. Cadel. I told her his symptoms and I made it very clear to reiterate HE WAS NOT DRINKING FLUIDS NOR EATING NOR HAD HE HAD A BOWEL MOVEMENT IN 4 DAYS. She blew this off, essentially telling me there was nothing she could do for him and if he got to the point of dehydration, I’d have to take him to the ER. I visited St. Francis ExpressCare today (Wednesday) for neck pain and a troubling sensation in my throat—like it was closing or had a lump—making it hard to swallow. I was genuinely concerned and hoped for clarity and reassurance. While the front desk and nursing staff brought me back quickly, my encounter with the doctor was extremely disappointing.
