In town for work and need prescription refill. Female physician on duty told front desk that she will not help refill a prescription and that includes having a medical file with you for her to view. In my opinion, it shows a lack of concern and compassion for a patient.
The best keep secret!! Having knowledge how most express cares are over crowded; this one was empty!! Worried about how long of a wait we might have; we did an “own our way”! Terrible service from the front desk to the PA at Franciscan ExpressCare. Came to the ExpressCare for an urgent medical incident with my wife. The check-in process took far too long despite no one else being here. They were more worried about collecting our deductible upfront than caring for the patient. The PA was dismissive and minimized the issue. They said they cannot do blood tests here and referred her to an emergency room if it happens again.
