Ive had many trips to this clinic, and I have the best experience there every time. They have a great team, and Rachel is an amazing, highly capable medical provider who is great at listening to and advocating for her clients. I am thankful how accessible they are. I am leaving my job and don’t expect to have access to this clinic anymore, and it is one of my biggest sadnesses about leaving!

My son went here today for a rash and was seen by Lauren M Zachary. She said it was eczema. I’m not a doctor expert but I know a rash vs eczema and said to take him to his pediatrician and sent in a prescription for his” eczema”. I got him into his pediatrician and it was 100% a rash and NOT eczema as I knew, and prescribed the correct medicine.
Crappy service. Waited over an hour after being called back. People were just sitting around talking and then couldn’t even find the room we were in. I had to go out twice and ask if someone was coming in. I will not come here again. All of these “good” reviews are very clearly fake ones. I’m so disappointed in Crawfordsville health “professionals”
