RecommendedIf you have lab work to get done, this is the place to go. Usually they have a hard time with my veins because they are small, but I was in and out within minutes. Thank you!!
I am having the absolute worst time getting them to file a claim with my insurance company. They sent the bill to the wrong insurance company, we’re notified by my insurance company and never mailed the proper paper work to the proper place. I have called them at least 10 times about this bill, spoke to a supervisor a month ago and STILL the proper paper work has not been sent. This facility is only interested in taking as many patients possible... to obtain money of coarse... not telling patients they'd have to wait 4+ hours. You can literally drive 5 times and back and have your issue treated at another facility in less time then it takes these people to look at you... and they show zero remorse for your wait time. While there, waited 5 hours to get taken to the hospital for heart problems. Only 1 ambulance to take patients. very frustrating experience . Staff did the best they could but had no way to transport me and I was not allowed to get a ride there.
Extremely great group of people. Friendly, fast, informative. The building is spotless.
additional staff needed when checking people in. Over 25 mins to check in for simple lab work.
Urgent care was great! Very clean, fast and great staff! Worth the drive since they are open 24 hours and I didn’t want to go to the ER!
