My entire year long process has been above and beyond. The staff from the receptionists, to the nurses (susan and april) to my dr. (Dr. Siyue cheng) have all been so incredibly helpful and made this difficult process seem to go smooth. I cant for the life of me understand why they have such low ratings because this was by far one of if not the most caring and efficient dr. Offices ive ever been to. I am so so grateful for each and everyone at franciscan digestive care in federal way. Thank you!
Most unprofessional experience ever. Just came to pick up family. Would never send any family to this place. Disrespectful and extremely unprofessional.
Dr. Oh is an amazing provider. He has excellent bedside manner and I have never had a bad experience with his care! Would definitely recommend him 100% to family and friends!
Be careful with these people, they gather non-essential, non-medical personal data. And say goodnight to your email inbox cuz they will blow it up with emails. The personnel who answer the phones are rude and not helpful either. 5/7 Do Not Recommend
Provider failed to submit for pre-authorization from insurance and hence bills did not get paid due to claim rejection. Furthermore, they subsequently failed to provide the necessary information to insurance after multiple requests by me. In the end I had to make all the phone calls in an attempt to resolve this. Still waiting for them to submit the necessary information.
