Dr. Oh is an amazing provider. He has excellent bedside manner and I have never had a bad experience with his care! Would definitely recommend him 100% to family and friends!

Be careful with these people, they gather non-essential, non-medical personal data. And say goodnight to your email inbox cuz they will blow it up with emails. The personnel who answer the phones are rude and not helpful either. 5/7 Do Not Recommend

Provider failed to submit for pre-authorization from insurance and hence bills did not get paid due to claim rejection. Furthermore, they subsequently failed to provide the necessary information to insurance after multiple requests by me. In the end I had to make all the phone calls in an attempt to resolve this. Still waiting for them to submit the necessary information.

So I was to have a procedure on April 5th, but after having given Franciscan digestive Care associates my medical provider information I was told, one day, prior the procedure, by Franciscan, that they were not a provider in my network which is funny because I have open access network... After having contacted my provider I was told that Franciscan had not even contacted them to see if the procedure was covered and was told that the procedure had been taken off the schedule
