Taking my daughter in for her procedure was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do as a parent, but the entire team made the experience so much better. The young lady at the front desk was welcoming and kind from the very start. The nurses who prepared us for the OR were not only friendly, but also so child-oriented, making sure my daughter felt comfortable. My son was here in August to have several teeth removed. Everyone made me feel so comfortable and I treated my son with such great care, respect and dignity. I am so grateful for Franciscans. Thank you for all the care they gave my son. amazing people.
Unfortunately, multiple mistakes were made. Things were left in my son’s crib That were incredibly dangerous. We kept hearing apology after apology. We kept hearing that they were going to fix it, and it never. For my son ‘s safety, we have contacted the department of public health
I do not recommend this place at all. I’m not someone who typically writes negative reviews, but our experience here was completely unacceptable. My 4-year-old nephew had a procedure on 07/21/2025. During his consult about two weeks prior, the treatment plan included a few fillings, some crowns, and possibly an extraction of a back tooth. At no point were his two front teeth mentioned or discussed.
