I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr Mary Ghattas for the excellent care she provided to my 4 years old son , yesterday during his dental surgery.two molars removed , 2 silver crowns , deep cleaning, filling all in 1h & 10 min . Having a child undergo a procedure can be stressful for any parent, and I truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and the time dr took to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. Thank s to the staff there too .
Worst communication ever in this hospital!! Will never bring my child back here! I sat here for 3 hours for my son’s surgery when nobody called to tell me the time was changed!! Unacceptable!!!!! Do BETTER!!!
As a parent, this was one of the most upsetting medical experiences I have ever had. My daughter was brought to Franciscan Children’s Hospital for dental work under anesthesia due to decay in her molars. During our consultation, we discussed placing stainless steel crowns on the affected molars and the possibility that two of her molars might need to be extracted if they could not be saved.
