Great Doctors but incompetent staff responsible for scheduling. They failed to schedule an ultrasound for me (which I had not known that my Doctor ordered) and because of that, I may be stuck with an IVC filter in my body. If my filter get's clogged, breaks, or tears up my blood vessels, I could become injured or die.
I had a procedure done a month ago and was going in for a follow up.I was under the impression I was going to see my Dr instead I got her assistant I took the day off and drove to Silverdale if I would have known she wasn't going to be there I would have waited for sequim location I had questions about my procedure that she could answer not her assistant
Honestly, a piss poor place to work, be treated or interacted with. Probably one of the worst experiences ive ever seen in a medical office. The front desk is zombies and overworked, the medical staff are always " short staffed " and dont respond to messages for more than 72 hours sometimes, management is non existent as they never respond to complaints made. This place used to be great in 2023. Don't know what changed since then. Oh and if you want your care in a timely manner expect to wait 6+ months for any testing. Need ... read more
