We are moving in Saturday the 12th. We are so excited. When we did all the paper work n everything the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The grounds are kept in tip top shape was very impressed.
I like this place, but I am concern about the way they manage the water bill. At first they told me, it does not came from the Euless of City, but now that I keep complaining about how high it is, they says it come from the city. I never pay that much money for water, not even when I used to rent a house.
Our company has a corporate apartment at the Franciscan at Bear Creek. I have worked with Jadin and Madison in the leasing office a number of times over the last month and they are super quick to answer emails, are always professional, and give me more than whats expected. They follow up after work orders are completed to make sure that everything was fixed and to see if I am happy with the work. We could not be more pleased with the property and the staff! Thanks for all your help ladies!
Just signed a lease and found the staff to be very patient, pleasant, and very helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate. Very quiet setting. Looking forward to living here for a while.
DO not move into this complex. Problems with cliental, repairs, and multiple other issues. These have gone down hill drastically.
