I couldn't get an emergency appointment with my Doctor at Bull Run so I figured seeing him was better that nothing, the one star is for seeing me and the few minutes taken for the exam, but I was disappointed, paid a copay for no treatment whatsoever. I was in extreme pain the whole weekend and he did nothing for me besides giving me a note to stay home 3 days, and I was told to come back if I was still in pain and then couldn't get any appointments when I tried to go back, they don't care if you are suffering, I'm now seeki... read more
Very condescending. Not surprised he had same day availability. Never again
I was seen by Dr. Ratchford for the first time on 2/3/23. He came in the room acting frustrated and proceeded to speak in a very condescending manner towards me throughout the visit. Nothing was accomplished. That will also be the last time. It's now wonder I was able to get an appointment with him so fast. No recommendations here. You've been warned. 1 star for his medical assistant.
Dr. Ratchford is ok but his staff is HORRIBLE !!! Especially the office manager. They are rude and disrespectful... I've decided I can't take it anymore despite the fact that I like Dr. R. I would go somewhere else if I were you and spare yourself the grief.
I'm very Happy with Dr. F X Ratchford...went to the DR today. HE WAS GRAT. took all the time that we needed to go over everything love Dr Ratchford... Thank you ....
