I contacted FTW Appraisal to get a review of an existing questionable appraisal for a divorce settlement. Eric seemed extremely helpful and professional on the phone and said that he could do a drive by appraisal using the existing appraisal for $500 while a full appraisal would have been $1000. I agreed and sent Eric the questionable appraisal along with another King County Parcel document. He then sent back a request for charging at $1600 without explaining why the $1100 increase.
