Update on Mar 13, I don’t know if this company still exist. They are not replying my emails nor my phone calls. The tenants can not reach them. Although the tenants paid the rent on tome yet I didn't receive the rent for Mar yet. Update on Jan 21, 2025: You replied me late and you didn't say the tenant paid late. I had a very disappointing experience with FrancisRentals. I was hired as a contractor to install a water heater, and after completing the job, they stopped answering my calls to avoid paying me. Eventually, they even blocked me. As a professional contractor, I expect fair compensation for my work, and unfortunately, this company did not uphold their end of the agreement. I would advise caution when working with them

Trust me, do not even consider collaborating with this company. They might have been fine years ago, but now they are absolutely terrible. Here’s my experience: First, they consistently fail to collect rent on time. When I raised this issue with them, instead of addressing it, they brushed it off by telling me to stand with it and claiming that other tenants were even worse.
