I turned on my bathroom faucet and the handle flew off, creating an "Old Faithful" spewing up to the ceiling! The shutoff valve under the sink didn't work (not the best time to find that out!) and the house water shutoff didn't stop it either. After calling the City and having the water shut off, I left to go out of town and called Francis. It was a Thursday afternoon and they came the next morning, replaced the faucet, repaired the shutoff valve and even picked up the 15 towels I used to soak up the water. Our well pump went out and they have spent many hours day and night working in this cold weather making sure our family has running water. Their kindness, knowledge and service made this ordeal a lot less stressful for our family of five. I have coined them "The water angels".
I had a water softener, water filter and new sink and garbage disposal installed. Stellar service!
