I had a really great experience working with Nathan from Francis Properties. I was selling my one-bedroom apartment in an over-supplied market and it took a long time to sell. He is very across the Canberra market including supply-demand ratios, days on market to sell, and upcoming developments. I recently sold my apartment and had the fortune of working with Nathan Burraston. From start to finish he was there fully engaged in obtaining the best outcome. Nathan provided excellent advice and the communication was fantastic. After two open homes on the first weekend, I received an offer on the Tuesday which I accepted. It was above and beyond my expectations. Francis Properties have an insight of the local market, know how to market properties accordingly and will deliver. I could not recommend them highly enough.
Sadly a poor experience with what I thought was an ok property manager. They were constantly forgetting to address items that had been raised wtih them, they bill us for rates, then again the next month for the same rates. They never answered the phone/were away on holidays so couldn't answer us, or only used emails which were mostly ignored or replied to weeks later. Whenever I called to chase them up on something they would challenge me with 'well, did you email us' and I would say yes and re-send the original email, only ... read more
