I have had two extractions and several second opinions with Dr. Piliero over the years. My experiences have always found Dr. Piliero to be a gentle, caring and thorough practitioner. He put me at ease and explained the process before it began. The office staff was attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Piliero.
Dr. Piliero and his office staff are friendly and thorough. I have had several appointments for consultation and x-rays, and each time I was treated in a very professional manner. Dr. Piliero offered sound advice and excellent referrals with the goal to always save the tooth if possible. Additionally, Dr. Piliero went out of his way to help my elderly mother who had suffered a fall that required emergency facial and dental treatment. I was sent for an extraction that Dr. Piliero refused to extract. He referred me to a root canal specialist, which I explained I couldn't afford and was in too much pain to wait for more appointments. That was okay with him and he sent me on my way.
