Dr. Francis O’Neill is a wonderful doctor and an outstanding cardiologist. He takes his time with you, patiently answering all of your questions. He’s happy to help educate you on your condition and encourages you to be a part of the decision making in your treatment.
Dr. O’Neill spends time with you to go over your questions, your tests and surgeries, asks if you have any questions, and spends time with his patient. What a welcome trait in our drs!
