This was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I had come from a dental office that would basically insult you for dental problems and had threatened ( not sure if Joking, serious or just trying to scare me) to pull all my teeth. I was terrified when I went in yesterday for my appointment and the staff saw that. After I explained my fear she responded by warmly saying " welcome home" and she was right.
