My wife had an appointment recently to get a tooth checked that was hurting her. As the dentist started examining her and told her he didn't see any abcess or something and then started scolding her about taking care of her teeth better. He also complained about her using an appointment just for sore gums. She never said her gums hurt. He then told her to use a special toothpaste and a water pick and gave her a packet of Peroxyl and told her, with a pissy attitude, to put it on her gums. This was genuinely one of the best dental experiences I've ever had. I had come from a dental office that would basically insult you for dental problems and had threatened ( not sure if Joking, serious or just trying to scare me) to pull all my teeth. I was terrified when I went in yesterday for my appointment and the staff saw that. After I explained my fear she responded by warmly saying " welcome home" and she was right.
