Keep receiving bills that are already paid saying that it's past due and threats to send to collections if not paid. It was paid 3 months prior and everytime I call they say they have to leave a message and someone will call but they never do. I have bank statement proof of payment but they don't care. I was recommended by one of my collegues to this place. I did try to call many times. The staff answered the phone, said the record is in review we will call back but never called back. Next time, went to office, staff was in break. The other time office was closed before 5 when called, other time it was closed on Monday while it clearly said it is open Mon to Friday. is Doctor has been in my life for I believe a little over 20 years. My entire family loves him. All my nieces and nephews, and even my children are now patients of this man’s practice!!! We love you Doc! Thank you very much for taking care of us!
