Francis Ma replaced my hip a year ago. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional surgeon. He is a straight talker, explains things well, and is also kind and personable, which was a definite plus for me. I have a minimal scar and experienced no complications. I healed quickly and my new hip is a blessing.

Francis Ma called me a 'star patient' Why? Within one week I used no walking aids, I achieved all physio targets within 4 weeks, and by 6 weeks, I felt like a new person. Mr Ma replaced my knee 8 weeks ago.I had my post-op follow- up consultation today, and would like to share how pleased I was with the result and with his manner at every stage of the process. He is a doctor who listens. His surgical expertise is evident, and just as important is his attention to communication during hospital visits and follow-up. I recommend him to anyone needing a knee replacement. As an eighty year old, I thank him for giving me many more years of mobility.
