Referred to Mr Ma from a friend. Kim (Mr Ma’s PA) was an absolute delight, helpful, informative and so caring. Then to meet Mr Ma, Wow!!!! Mr Ma is an excellent surgeon with impeccable bed side manner. He is above and beyond the most outstanding orthopaedic surgeon. His technique is pain free, very fast healing and 100% full recovery. Mr Ma is very informative and knowledgeable with no doubt left in my mind. I can not recommend Mr Ma and his team highly enough.
Winning the Lottery: something most of us only dream about. From my initial consult with Dr. Francis Ma regarding my hip replacement, I experienced the "Winning the Lottery" feeling. Clear, concise and passionate explanation of my case made my decision to proceed incredibly easy. Now nearly two months afterward, I am eagerly looking forward to having Dr. Ma replace the second hip as I already know I am getting my life back! If I could give 6 Stars, I would!!!

Francis Ma replaced my hip a year ago. I couldn’t have asked for a more professional surgeon. He is a straight talker, explains things well, and is also kind and personable, which was a definite plus for me. I have a minimal scar and experienced no complications. I healed quickly and my new hip is a blessing.
A year after my hip surgery, I am very pleased with the outcome. Mobility is good and I can walk, play sport and cycle without difficulty.The surgical wound has healed really well. I have been very impressed by Mr Ma's confident, professional and caring approach throughout.
