Dr Francis actually listens when told about the symptoms you feel, not try to explain what you're not feeling like most other physicians have done. I've gotten so many procedures that didn't help at all and that I'm still paying for today. He doesn't just go by what specialists, who don't listen and don't seem to care at all. He's very empathic and that's very assuring.
