Derek, Elizabeth and Keir helped up through absolutely everything in the hardest time for our family. They held our hand, treated us so respectfully and kindly and went above and beyond. Above and beyond by checking in on our family month after month since our loss and always making sure if we need anything. They were so efficient in things such as prayer cards I made my choice selections known once and in the multiple arrangement requirements and choices they got everything exactly as we wanted. Collins Funeral Home was an enormous help after the recent death of a family member. They were clear and transparent about the costs and coordinated the return of our family memeber's remains back to Alabama. They coordinated with our home-town funeral home and everything went so smoothly. I can't recommend them highly enough.
