He was not very interested in explaining why I had an issue. Very dismissive. I think he wait time and office manners are below standards.
If I took my car to a shop and it was returned with a wheel at a crazy angle I wouldn't recommend that shop to anyone else. After Dr. Glaser's surgery my foot was turned out to the side and the outside edge of my foot was now the bottom of my foot. When I asked him why he hadn't made it straight he said,"That's just the way it healed". I'm now seeing another doctor about maybe getting this foot straightened out and back to flat on the floor. Doctor Glaser was very thorough and professional in explaining the foot reconstructive surgery I had recently. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and all of the staff.
